In stock items will ship in 2-5 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Because customer satisfaction is central to our business, we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days on ready to ship items.  Only READY TO SHIP items are returnable for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 days of receipt of the item. All made to order and custom sales are final and not returnable.  This includes ready to ship items that have been modified, re-sized, or altered in any way per the customer approval or request.

We will not accept exchanges or returns on personalized pieces including: eternity bands, custom length necklaces or bracelets, jewelry with names, initials, or letters, birthstones or engraving, as well as made-to-order and/or custom size rings/ or re-sized rings.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please email customerservice@space85.com within 5 days of delivery. Items returned after 5 days will not be processed.  Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We refund your purchase price only; shipping is not refundable. All returned items must be shipped back with insurance for the full amount of the merchandise and with a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages and have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise if the item is used or damaged.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped via USPS and/or FedEx. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.  Express shipping is available upon request.

 

Signature is required upon delivery. Space 85 is not liable for lost shipments when tracking says it has been delivered. Space 85 is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Space 85 for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Additional shipping costs apply to destinations outside the United States. 

  • Shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be added by the destination country.  Customer is responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

  • Space 85 is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.
