Sixteen small diamonds are set scattered throughout the frame in a constellation-like pattern.  
 
The coin depicts the bust of the Roman emperor Constans, the youngest son of Constantine the Great. Four star set diamonds hand engraved along the side of the pendant make it an extra special surprise just for the wearer.  A striking oblong blackened paper clip chain completes the necklace with contrast and airyness.
